Information for Law Enforcement Agencies

The following information is provided to law enforcement authorities seeking to obtain data on users of https://mysecretmessage.co (hereinafter, mysecretmessage).


Using mysecretmessage for activities that infringe Singapore or international law is against mysecretmessage Policy, Terms and Conditions.


We actively work with law enforcement to support their terrorism and criminal investigations.

 
Under Singaporean law, we are required to cooperate with Singapore law enforcement authorities on criminal investigations, within the limits allowed by Singapore laws and privacy regulations.


We collect and process user information in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Given that Digi-Secret is not a messaging tool and that it works completely offline, we do not have any knowledge of the information being encrypted using Digi-Secret.

Requesting Assistance


If you are a Singaporean law enforcement authority, please address your order of production directly to: abuse@mysecretmessage.com , or by postal means at the following address:

If you are a foreign law enforcement authority or private entity, please be aware that we are legally forbidden by Singapore law to provide you with any information directly.
Foreign law enforcement authorities are invited to contact their local liaison for international legal assistance to form an international assistance request, as provided for in the relevant Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLAT) or applicable conventions. We can however assist foreign law enforcement authorities with the preservation of data if it can be demonstrated that your request will be validated by Singapore authorities.


If you would like us to investigate an account for a breach of our Terms & Conditions please forward your request with subject and relevant evidence to our Abuse team at the address abuse@mysecretmessage.com , in order for them to take relevant measures.


We will be unable to process overly broad or vague requests.


Requests must provide all relevant data, including the following:

  • Name of the issuing authority,

  • Name and badge or ID number of agent in charge (if any).

  • Email address of a validated law enforcement domain.

  • Direct contact phone number.

  • The specific mysecretmessage account(s) suspected of illegal activities.

  • A copy of the police report or court order (either foreign or domestic).

  • A copy of the MLAT or international assistance request (if available).
