Refunds

We do not extend returns for the purchase of our licenses.

 

Rationale

In order to maximize privacy, we have decided to keep the functionality of our application and its licensing completely offline.

This decision however implies that we cannot extend to our customer a refund for the purchase of our license. This is because we have no way of blocking your license remotely (and therefore extending a refund).

The only internet contact between us and our customers takes place when our customers download the software installer file and the license file (note that after download, customers are at liberty to install said files in any machine of their choice).

To compensate for the lack of a refund option and to allow our potential customers to evaluate our product we provide a free trial with full functionality.
