How to Reset your Password

Password Recovery Instructions

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Locate the License File:

    • Navigate to C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\DGF\DigiSecret\DGFLic on your computer. Here, you'll find a file named Product Key .DGF. This file is essential for the password reset process.

  2. Request a Password Reset:

    • Send an email to support@mysecretmessage.co Attach the Product Key .DGF file to your email, and in the subject or body of the email, specify that you're requesting a password reset.

  3. Wait for Your Reset Code:

    • Within 24 hours of your request, our support team will send you an email containing a unique 16-digit reset code. Please check your inbox (and the spam/junk folder, just in case) for this email.

  4. Enter the Reset Code:

    • Open the application where you're prompted to log in. Instead of entering your password, input the 16-digit reset code provided by our support team.

  5. Reset Your Password:

    • After successfully entering the reset code, you will be prompted to set a new password. Choose a strong and memorable password.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that you replace <YourUsername> with your actual Windows username when locating the Product Key. DGF file.
